Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the link in your receipt email whenever you want. There is no minimum term.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Your files stay for as long as your subscription is paid. If a payment fails, Plus keeps working for up to 14 days while it is retried. Once your subscription ends, you can still sign in and download your files for 15 days, and your shared links keep working. We email you the exact date, then remind you 3 days and 1 day before. After that the files are deleted, but your account stays so you can resubscribe, export your data or delete it. Subscribing again within those 15 days keeps your files.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancelling stops future billing. Past charges are not refunded except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout. The details are in our Terms of Service.
What happens to files I already uploaded for free?
Nothing changes. Plus adds a 50GB account vault on top, and your existing public links keep working exactly as they do today.
Is my payment information safe?
Checkout and billing run entirely through Dodo Payments. Relay never sees or stores your card details.
